How we work
Lines are staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year, because water damage does not keep business hours and the first few hours decide how much of a building is salvageable. We confirm a dispatch window on the first call rather than putting you in a queue and calling back.
Work is carried out by licensed and insured contractors in each service area, using commercial-grade extraction, air movement and dehumidification equipment, with moisture readings documented daily.
What we will tell you straight
Not every wet floor needs a restoration crew. A small, clean-water spill caught immediately is often something you can handle with a fan and a dehumidifier, and we will say so on the phone rather than sending a truck. Equally, we will tell you when something you think is minor is not — a slow leak behind a cabinet is usually a bigger job than the stain suggests.
We will also be clear about what your insurance is likely to cover before the work starts, including when we think it will not. Finding that out at the end helps nobody.
