Information you give us. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address and description of the damage that you provide.
Information collected automatically. Standard server logs record IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. If analytics or advertising tags are active, they may set cookies recording how you arrived and which pages you viewed.
Calls. Calls to our published number may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, dispatch a contractor, carry out restoration work, process an insurance claim on your behalf, and keep records required for that work. We also use aggregate site data to understand which pages are useful.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the restoration contractor dispatched to your property, and, where you ask us to handle a claim, with your insurance carrier and its adjuster. We use service providers for hosting, analytics and call handling, who process data on our behalf. We disclose information where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as needed for the work, for any resulting claim, and for the period our insurers and applicable law require afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and opt out of marketing contact at any time. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including in California. Browser settings let you refuse cookies, though parts of the site may not work as intended.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
