Restoration Services

One crew from the first extraction through to the final moisture reading. We do not hand you between contractors, and we do not disappear once the water is gone and the repair work starts.

What we do

Water gets into a building in a handful of ways, and each one needs a different response. A clean supply-line break is a very different job from a sewage backup, even when the puddle looks the same. Below is what each service actually involves.

Water damage restoration

The core service: extraction, structural drying and repair after burst pipes, failed water heaters, appliance leaks and roof penetrations. Covers the full arc from the emergency call to a dry, repaired structure.

Flood and storm cleanup

Surface flooding and storm-driven water are usually Category 3 — contaminated. That changes the rules: porous materials generally come out rather than getting dried in place, and everything that stays gets sanitised.

Mold remediation

Mold establishes within 24 to 48 hours of materials staying wet. Remediation means containment first, then removal, then correcting the moisture source — skip that last step and it returns.

Sewage backup cleanup

Biohazard-rated work. Extraction, disinfection and safe disposal of affected materials, handled to the standard the category demands rather than treated as ordinary water.

Structural drying

Commercial air movers and dehumidifiers, placed according to the moisture map and metered daily. Equipment comes out when readings hit the dry standard for the material, not when the calendar says so.

How the work is paid for

Most of what we do runs through a homeowner or commercial policy. We document the loss to your insurer’s standard and bill them directly, so on a covered claim you pay your deductible and nothing beyond it. See insurance claims for how that process works.

Start with a call

If water is in the building now, do not read further — call 844-526-1501. Lines are staffed around the clock and we confirm a dispatch window on that first call.

Water still sitting? Every hour costs you.

Drywall wicks, subfloor swells, and mold starts inside 24–48 hours. Lines are open now.
